Additional information

The second in the series, this paper demonstrates the application of knowledge mapping as an analytical technique to aid the understanding of sustainability management and its assessment. Building on Thomson et al. (2009), a novel approach is presented highlighting the social-technical interplay between assessment and stakeholders, and the importance of managing knowledge in this context. Feedback was provided to the project team through a report and project meeting. The technique has since been tailored to the context of RSL planned works forming the foundation for completed doctoral research (Leblanc 2012) and emerging publications (including Leblanc et al. 2013).
