This single output has four components:
1. I was guest editor for the project, responsible for sending out the CFP, chairing the peer-review panel and editing all contributions. My own output was peer-reviewed by the permanent editorial board at Leeds University.
2. I was sole author of the Introduction to the journal entitled ‘Yes’
3. I was sole author of the article ‘Yes, No, Don’t Know’.
4. I also composed, performed and produced four pieces of music for the accompanying CD and wrote an introduction and some of the sleeve notes. I was responsible for the production of the CD.
