Significance of output:

Multi-component co-condensation of metal-carbide nanoparticles from various precursors in a DC plasma gun operating in an argon atmosphere has been examined. We proposed a new theoretical model and employ this model for design of a DC plasma reactor to be used for production of superhard refractory nanocoatings.
