Additional information

This paper explored the effects of communicative interaction on integration and coordination of the commercial aerospace supply chain. This work helped develop the Fit For Nuclear (F4N) diagnostic tool, which helps companies to measure their current operations against the standards required to supply the UK’s new generation of nuclear power stations. This diagnostic tool underpins a £38 M grant from the Regional Growth Fund to develop a UK nuclear new build supply chain.
