Additional information

This work explored low temperature deposition and laser processing of ZnO, of interest for TFT, sensor and TCO applications. Prior to publication, the results were basis for new collaboration with Pragmatic Printing Ltd. on oxide thin films [sKTP1000722]. The project enhanced materials understanding and broadened process knowledge within Pragmatic Printing Ltd., supporting the establishment of their pilot-scale production at the Centre for Process Innovation during 2012/13 [ Dr. Richard Price (COO) richard@pragmaticprinting.com]. Led to invitation to present a review of TCO processing at industry focussed `Touch Gesture, Motion Europe' conference, London, 2012 http://imsconferences.com/tgmemeaagenda.html (Mark Fihn, owner Veritas et Visus. markfihn@vvm.com).
