Additional information

The paper is part of the multi-disciplinary, collaborative Webinos project (FP7 IP). It introduces the novel concept of the personal zone hub, in addition to the architecture, and reports on tests and background for this on user focus groups. Much work in security and privacy ignores the human behaviour factors in system design, and this hybrid approach is hitherto less explored, as also stated by a EU Reviewer of the project. This work with our industrial partners and Oxford University is based on a user-centred view. Goker’s role focused on the human aspect of engaging with systems in context.
