This is one of a series of papers published as part of the “Health Impact Evaluation of the Warm Front Scheme” Defra funded research project which was summarised in an easy to read for policy makers publication, “Warm Front Better Health: Health Impact Evaluation of the Warm Front Scheme”. This has provided evidence for the governments definition of fuel poverty evidenced by its citation, see p226 and 227 of “Getting the measure of fuel poverty” final report of the Fuel Poverty Review by J. Hills, ISSN 1465-3001 , March 2012, which has changed the governments definition of fuel poverty.
