Additional information

<20> This paper shows results from studies involving our KASPAR robot in dyadic collaborative game play. KASPAR has gained international recognition in a number of areas: this study expands on roles that KASPAR can play during initially human-robot interaction, which then moves to encourage child-child interaction, so putting the human back in the centre. The paper highlights the significance of results having relevance to future therapeutic interaction involving robots but between humans, especially in autism. Large EU projects have used this robot (IROMEC, ROBOSKIN) and recently around half a million pounds of donations has been attracted to develop KASPAR further.
