Additional information
This paper, in a leading neuroscience journal, reports our human-kinematic measurement system used to assess the impact of age on human motor control. It uniquely enables high-quality, objective kinematic analyses in non-laboratory settings. It shows degraded performance in dexterous tasks with age that will inform fundamental neuroscience and healthcare research in conditions like Stroke. It led to an invitation to present the work at the keynote talk of the National Instruments 'NI Week' conference (Aug 2013, Austin, USA), highlighting the research to over 3500 international delegates.
