Migration and Innovation at the Bottom End: Understanding the Role of Migrant Managers in Small Hotels in the Global City
As second author of the article, I had responsibility for the analysis and presentation of the quantitative data. I fully participated in structuring the article, deciding on the theoretical concepts and wrote part of the literature review section. I also participated in the revision of the article, particularly the quantitative analysis sections.
This paper is the outcome of an ESRC-funded research project on “International migration and innovation in the London hotels”. I fully participated in all stages of the research, with main responsibility for the quantitative data collection, coding and analysis, including the design of the survey instruments.
