Additional information

Funded by the Commission for Integrated Transport (PPRO 4/7/6, contact: David Prescott), this paper describes a multidisciplinary approach investigating attitudes towards the adoption of Intelligent Speed Adaptation (ISA) using a Willingness-To-Pay (WTP) experiment. The paper found that drivers vary in their attitudes, such that some drivers require no incentive to adopt ISA, whilst for others the incentive is unreasonably high.
