This paper was a fully-reviewed invited paper to a journal special issue on 'Cloud Software Engineering'. The journal is one of the top 2-3 in the field of software systems. This paper was published very recently, but is rapidly picking up citations, and forms the basis for an invited tutorial session at the 2013 Symposium on Search-Based Software Engineering (SSBSE).
