Additional information

<11> This paper is the result of a continuing collaboration between the University of Dundee and St Andrews. It is the cumulation of a new area of research looking at how to use Machine Learning to decide how to model constraint problems. This research has lead to a large European consortium putting in an EU COST proposal to further the combination of these two techniques. It was completed as part of K Petrie's Royal Society Dorothy Hodgkins Research Fellowship.
