Additional information

Lancaster are currently leading the design of the CLIC crab system, collaborating with STFC, CERN, SLAC and Manchester. It was funded by the FP7 EUCARD project. The work was also used to write the crab cavity part of the CLIC CDR. The cavity has been produced by UK industry (Shakespeare Engineering) developing new capabilities. This work has since been funded directly from CERN and as part of the EUCARD2 FP7 project. The CLIC crab cavity design has been presented at the CLIC meeting, invited seminars at PSI and CERN, an invited talk at XB10 and as a presentation at Linac2012.
