Additional information

<07>This paper builds on joint work with the US Air Force Space Command, responsible for Cyber-security in the USAF. It predates the Snowden revelations and for the first time provides a broad ranging review of the role that social forms of attack have played in state-sponsored cyber-threats from Estonia through Lithuania to Stuxnet and Duqu. This paper led to my appointment as the only academic member of the UK Dept of Transport and Cabinet Office committee on cyber-security risk assessment in aviation and to joint projects with the US Government Pacific North Western Lab securing UN and EC information on CBRN materials.
