Additional information

Smallest and lowest Power reported (691NanoWatt measured) ASIC implementation of the AES Standard suitable for most challenging RFID specs, biometric cards and wireless sensor nodes. Reported performance opens up new applications which until now were not possible. Design was used in implementing a secure and privacy aware low frequency passive RFID– this is the first work to show that strong security with privacy is achievable in battery-less RFIDs - work awarded Best Paper Award at IEEE TSP 2009, an Invited keynote paper at IEEE IDT 2009 and an Invited journal paper for a special issue of Elsevier Journal of Supercomputing.
