Roger Baker is currently a clinical psychologist with Dorset Health Care University Foundation Hospital Trust. He is also on a 0.1 contract with Bournemouth Hospital. Roger undertakes research as part of his clinical psychology role in respect to health and wellbeing, working closely with colleagues in the psychology department and in the School of Health and Social Care at Bournemouth University to develop innovative understandings of emotional processing and its contribution to health and wellbeing through the employment of specifically structured instruments to gain knowledge of such.

Joyce Miller is Associate Professor at the Anglo-European Chiropractic College the only one of its kind in the UK. She is a chiropractic expert in infant and child musculoskeletal health issues. She is pathway leader of Bournemouth University’s MSc Programme in Advanced Professional Practice of Paediatric Musculoskeletal Health. During her career, she has authored more than 30 articles published in peer reviewed journals and conducted over 150 seminars world-wide. She is conducting research with BU UOA3 staff into the chiropractic interventions to support babies with breastfeeding problems and she is also doing her PhD by Publication with Bournemouth University.
