This paper was presented at both of the leading Australian and New Zealand Marketing Academy and European Marketing Academy Conferences.  This paper carried out a rigorous empirical study examining internet retail service quality. The growth of commerce and technology has greatly expanded the extent and variety of grocery industries, helping many to lead longer, safer lives. Reliable internet retail service quality not only plays an integral role in developing sustainable business, but also is closely related to customers’ well-being.
