Additional information

<09>This paper provides a comprehensive description of the results of several years of work using Bayesian network models to improve software engineering processes. Much of this work was performed in collaboration with Phillips and this paper explains how data from 31 Phillips software projects was used as part of the model validation. Variants of the models described have now been used by major companies (including Motorola, Siemens, Orange, Tellabs) - see www.agenarisk.com and contact Ed Tranham, Commercial Director, for details (ed@agena.co.uk).
