I am the STFC PI for UK LFI and was thus invited to chair the Radiometer Working Group with the responsibility for the design of the entire Radiometer system for LFI. All the channels on Planck worked and the 30 and 44 GHz channels were about half of LFI and I am fully responsible for these. I wrote most of this paper.
