We request that this book be double-weighted, on account of two factors. First, the book spans a wide area of philosophical topics, ranging from epistemology, normativity, practical reasoning, political philosophy, and ethics, and thereby involved collecting a large and highly diverse set of complex primary sources. Second, since the book is the first book-length investigation into epistemic paternalism, it also required analysing that large and diverse set of sources in a manner not previously done in the literature, making for a number of particularly complex concepts and theses.
