<22> This paper investigates the fundamental hypothesis that robust airline scheduling is a multi-objective problem, in which different objectives interact with each other and simultaneously influence a schedule’s operational performance. The validity of this hypothesis was illustrated on real world data from Air France - KLM. The research that underpins this paper has received 3 awards and resulted in 4 invited talks. The paper was published in Computers and Operations Research, a high quality journal with an impact factor of 1.720.
