This work presents a feasibility study of all-dielectric cloak design which has been experimentally demonstrated by the authors in 'All-dielectric invisibility cloaks made of BaTiO3-loaded polyurethane foam', New Journal of Physics 13 (10), 103023. The use of nanomaterials in manipulating gradient indices is particularly novel and has been transferred to the UK industry for commercial applications (Contact: Dr Sajad Haq, sajad.haq@baesystems.com). The work has also led to several on-going research initiatives to explore applications of nanomaterials for microwave/THz, including a 4M Euro Marie Curie project of NANOMICROWAVE and a new Cambridge Graphene Centre of £25M, which Hao is a co-founder.
