Double-weighted statement

In terms of scale, this research monograph is the result of eight years of research undertaken whilst Marsden was leading the ESRC Research Centre on Business Relationships, Accountability, Sustainability and Society (BRASS) from 2002 - 2010. The author conducted much of the national and international field work which involved research in Europe and North America, and edited all 12 chapters. In terms of scope, the book is the main output from the Centre’s flagship programme of research on the food sector's accountability and governance, and develops a new model and synthesis of food policy and regulation.
