This project was led by Regis and she was responsible for the majority of labour (70/30 split). Regis managed the peer review process for all submissions; edited articles by Booth and Fraser; collated proofs, corrections and copy-edited the complete issue. Amigoni edited articles by Funke, Newman and Regis. The introduction was jointly authored by Amigoni and Regis (50/50 split). Regis also contributed a substantial, single-authored article to the special issue.
