The paper provides a novel Choreographical Business Transaction Net (CoBTx-Net) to model collaborative business process and to manage the reliable collaboration by individual participants. It laid the foundations for a subsequent paper presented at. ICSOC, December 2008 and further journal papers (e.g. in IEEE Transactions on Services Computing). This paper supported the submission of the proposal ‘Towards a Secured Service-based Business Collaboration’ to Australian Research Council (Prof Jian Yang, jian.yang@mq.edu.au, $508,948 AUD,Discovery Project scheme), result pending.
