Separating interface state response from parasitic effects in conductance measurements on organic metal-insulator-semiconductor capacitors
This and a companion paper (2008, APL, 92, 103312) resulted in : the continuation of strong links with Brazilian scientists (2010, Organic Electronics 11, 1234; 2012 Organic Electronics 13, 2109); collaboration with Johannes Kepler University, Linz (2009, J Appl Phys 106, 114505); Reporting the first organic charge injection device (2011, APL 99, 223304), leading to a £232K EPSRC grant EP/J021857/1 ( 2012-2014) to fabricate a multi-functional organic CCD; a subsequent publication (2013 Organic Electronics 14, 1728) and £30K of CASE-like funding from Merck to support a Brazil ‘Science without Borders’ PhD student ( Rostirollo) at Bangor, commencing October 2013.
