Additional information

This paper presents an evolutionary based participatory management method under uncertainty. It was carried out as a part of an EC funded project (New Approaches to adaptive water management under uncertainty, NeWater) on groundwater contamination management which is the main source of water supply for Copenhagen city. It was done in collaboration with Prof. Hans Jorgen Henriksen (hjh@gues.dk, Geological Survey of Denmark and Greenland, Denmark). It generated so much interest among river basin stakeholders that we were asked to train the trainers at Guadiana river basin, Madrid, Spain (http://tinyurl.com/cudhctu). Also invited talks were presented at the BBN workshop, Oslo, Norway.
