Comparative Company Law : A Case-Based Approach

Cabrelli co-authored (50%) the introductory and concluding chapters and was sole author of chapter 10. In addition, Cabrelli and Siems co-led the underlying research project (50%), including identifying country experts and chapter authors and developing the methodology. The research is innovative because it identifies differences and similarities between legal systems in the field of company law by adopting a case-based methodology. The data generated using this methodology were used to test and question various central debates in the field of comparative company law, offering new insights as outlined in the opening and concluding chapters.
