Additional information

This paper looks at the development of methods and evaluation of prone radiotherapy for breast cancer. The systematic study demonstrated in this paper explains the suitability of methods for reducing heart and other non-target dose over conventional supine treatment. This research has led to an NIHR grant and clinical trial, which has led to a national trial.
