Additional information

<19> Ubiquitous commerce (u-commerce) means that people could perform financial transactions and/or carry out commercial or business activities anywhere, anytime and using any devices. This paper is significant in addressing the issue of autonomous fair signature or key exchange in u-commerce, where exchange is highly susceptible to security attacks, system failures and/or channel interruptions. Existing solutions did not envisage such open, dynamic and resource-diversified exchange environments. The paper presents the first autonomous fair exchange protocol designed specifically for u-commerce, along with the verification of the protocol.
