Double-weighted statement

This wholly new monograph took more than four years complete, and it presents an original argument regarding the legal characterisation of disobedience of Security Council binding decisions. Completing the work required primary research in a number of languages other than English, including French and German, as it treats an extensive foreign case law and literature. It also required working with interdisciplinary materials, and developing original conceptual frameworks for their analysis.
