Double-weighted statement

We suggest that this monograph meets the criteria for double-weighting in that it uses primary sources which were especially extensive, complex and difficult to access, concerning intellectual life in the late Middle Ages. The book, which involved a lengthy period of data collection, uses the works of the Franciscan, Marquard von Lindau as the starting point for a broader treatment of change and development in key areas of devotional life and religious experience in Late Medieval Europe.
