Additional information

For the first time, repetitive control is introduced to control the quality of microgrid currents injected into the grid. This has led to the industrial partnership with Yokogawa UK Ltd (contact details available) and helped securing the EPSRC grant EP/J01558X/1 (GBP372K). This, together with other control strategies developed by the team, are the subject of four workshops held at 2012 ACC, 2013 ACC, 2012 IECON and 2012 IEEE CDC, where participants came from Danfoss A/S (Torben Green, torben.green@danfoss.com), Mitsubishi Electric (Arvind Raghunathan, dickie@merl.com), Siemens (Parag Patre, parag.patre@siemens.com), and GE Global Research (Axel Busboom, axel.busboom@ge.com) etc.
