Additional information

Methodology for controlling the important characteristics in a key layer during manufacturing processes for a mainstream low cost solar cell technology. Thin film cadmium sulphide is used in about 9% of production in the global photovoltaics industry, and it is important in >$1000 million of business. However, the material is complex and the detailed study presented was essential in order to gain full control.
