Additional information

Experimental observations that adsorption rate in soils depends on flow velocity because of the soil heterogeneity. The mechanism of plant root uptake of potassium phosphates which have been strongly absorbed in soil has formed the basis for follow-up work on reactive solute transport at the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences (evidence file Zhang1-1.pdf).
