Parameter variability in nominally identical test structures is determined statistically from measured variability in natural frequencies and vibration modes . This research was presented in a keynote paper at the International Conference on Vibration Problems in Prague, 5-8 September 2011 and was the fifth most downloaded paper in Mechanical Systems and Signal Processing, July-September 2008 (Evidence file: Mottershead1-1&2).
