<22> This paper, published in the No. 1 journal (out of 21) in computer science (cybernetics) according to ISI Web of knowledge, represents the first-ever attempt to model random coupling and random disturbances for discrete-time complex networks, investigates how they impact on the synchronization behaviours and examines how such behaviours can be controlled. In particular, the way of proving the stochastically exponential synchronization in Theorems 1-2 has been widely adopted in many subsequent publications.
