AlN-based BAW resonators with CNT electrodes for gravimetric biosensing

This research underpins EU grant 'COST action IC1208', May'13-May'17 (approx EUR130k/year). Garcia-Gancedo was approached by the European consortium (lead by J.M.Oton; ID_in_audit_file@upm.es) and appointed Member of the action's management committee and Leader of the 'Biosensors' work package. Garcia-Gancedo was awarded an international grant in collaboration with the Institute of Microelectronics and Optoelectronics, Zhejiang University, P.R.China (Prof J.K.Luo; Head of Department, ID_in_audit_file@zju.edu.cn), funded by the NSFC (RMB200k, approx. GBP20k) to continue this line of research. Invited talk to present this work at ICMAT2013 conference in Singapore, July 2013.
