Additional information

<06> IEEE Transactions on Multimedia is a significant journal (H-index 69). Research developed through sustained long-term collaboration with Queen Mary, this work arose through the EPSRC OMRAS2 grant (http://www.omras2.org) and is the first large-scale investigation of social network musicology studying the social relationships artistic practitioners themselves generate, in combination with the musical content they are associated with. The results formed the basis for the Goldsmiths campus automatic, self-DJig late night radio programme. The work is the basis for one of the three major work packages of the recently awarded 2 million pound AHRC Transforming Musicology grant led by Goldsmiths.
