Additional information

Mathematics of human-animal relationships are important to understand future control of robotic swarms in response to environmental change. Anthropogenic effects are known to affect animal ecology in various ways. Paper uses combined theoretical and empirical approach to show how fishery discards affect search strategies of seabird predators in Mediterranean Sea. This allowed quantification of differences between foraging movement during week days and weekends. Paper is in top 2% of most-cited in journal since publication (Web of Science, 23/6/2013).
