The paper describes some results from EPSRC STI grant (GR/S25715/01). Such a pressure control scheme has been implemented by Scottish Water (contact: Senior Project Manager) on a large scale in Edinburgh in 2012. Ulanicki acted as a consultant in 2013 to improve the performance of the implementation.
