<28> In this study, the uncertainty in the subjective knowledge of experts, or of numerical information, has been modelled as a fuzzy type II system (IT2FLS) in the proposed Computer-Aided Diagnosis method, for the first time .A validation on a clinical dataset has been successfully carried out showing 30% improvement in the CT scans interpretation. The method has been integrated in a commercial application (see #2) and used in clinical practice.
