Additional information

<08>This paper is one of 13 papers selected from originally 39 submitted presentations. It represents one of the key insights from the FP7 project Apple-Core and constitutes a result of very close collaboration between the computer architecture group of Prof. Chris Jesshope in Amsterdam and the compiler technology group of Prof. Sven-Bodo Scholz. One of the contributors, Dr. Stephan Herhut is now at Intel Research Labs, USA and has integrated the ideas

into Intel's Rivertrail project, a data parallel extension for Javascript.
