Additional information

Duncan steered the intellectual direction of this paper by analysing data gathered from interviews and focus groups, seeking patterns that emphasised the broader professional issues of the reporting process in order to discuss the pragmatics of interviewing such vulnerable people. She provided expertise in journalism ethics, specifically interviewing traumatised individuals, and devised a model of important factors to adhere to when interviewing vulnerable female asylum seekers.
