Additional information

Currently the Most Cited Article ranked by Comput. Fluids, this paper represents Liang’s major contribution in developing adaptive grid based shallow flow models, which led to a £250k EPSRC project (EP/F030177/1; PI Liang) and five other journal papers that further exploit the adaptive grid approach. The model has been adopted by the DPRI in Kyoto University (contact: Prof Hajime Mase; mase.hajime.5c@kyoto-u.ac.jp, +81774384145), IWHR in China (contact: Prof Junxian Yin; yinjx@iwhr.com, +8613701226086) and the Dalian University of Technology (contact: Prof Chi Zhang; czhang@dlut.edu.cn, +8613940878639) for different applications.
