Additional information

The research resulted in the development of a tool and process to identify and reveal hidden commercial value in organisations. This applies knowledge of Multiple Perspective Problem Framing (English 2007, 2009, 2011) in the context of business.

The outcome of each business case study is documented in a ‘Cornerstones of Innovation’ report relevant to the particular company.

34 businesses were assisted between 2007 and 2010 funded by ONE North East, Ward Hadaway law firm, Iconet ltd, County Durham Development Company, Northumbria University and ERDF.

The applied research has generated innovations in products, processes and business models, it has led to patents and other intellectual property.
