Double-weighted statement

Human Rights and Constituent Power is the result of a seven year project, providing ‘an apposite and compelling’ re-conceptualisation of human rights through the theory of constituent power, rather than in antagonism to it (Law, Culture and the Humanities). It is a monograph of around 100,000 words, making major additions to the history, philosophy and legal theory of both human rights and constitutional theory of constituent power. It comprises of unpublished material, with between five and seven chapters publishable with minimal revisions as free-standing articles.
