<20> This paper is one of a number of publications arising out of a collaborative interdisciplinary project with the University of Nottingham, Sheffield Hallam and Southampton University (EP/F00382X/1). It is the first reported attempt to deploy bespoke rehabilitation technologies and evaluate them over several months. It is motivating a developing research agenda for the re-design of NHS rehabilitation services. (NHS contacts: Dr. Chris Price). Invited talks given at County Durham and Darlington's NHS Trust annual Health and Wellbeing conference (2013) and a British Science Festival symposium on Pain, Technology and Older People (2013).
