This paper contributes to the practical application of time-series analysis. The approach has been incorporated into framework for applied EEG-biomarker development in clinical applications, Foundation for Research and Technology, Greece (sakkalis@ics.forth.gr) and has been adopted to verify stationarity of fatiguing contractions, Arizona State University, USA (marco.santello@asu.edu). The framework is incorporated into the NeuroSpec2.0 software library (www.neurospec.org; 5,000+ downloads).
